Job summary

China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd. is seeking a skilled site supervisor for our Hong Kong projects.

You will oversee all site activities within the designated project section, ensure adherence to procedures, safety and quality standards, and coordinate with subcontractors to maintain progress. The role requires 2+ years post-apprentice experience or 5+ years in construction, and proficiency in Chinese and English.

Qualifications

Safety Training for Construction Workers (Silver Card) is required.
Craft certificate in construction from a technical institute or equivalent; or full apprenticeship.
At least 2 years post-apprentice/training experience; or at least 5 years in construction.
Proficiency in Chinese and English to a basic level (Primary 6 standard).

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all site activities within the designated project section.
Ensure quality control and safety/environmental standards; resolve issues to support project control.
Ensure lifting appliances are capable and operators are qualified.
Ensure lifting gear setup and inspection certificates are in place.
Stop operations if unsafe conditions arise and secure loads during lifting.
