Job summary

ConnectedGroup is seeking an IT Business Analyst with SAP experience to join our team in Hong Kong. The role involves analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and coordinating testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.

You will work with stakeholders to evaluate software options, translate requirements into clear specifications, and help implement improvements across finance and IT systems.

Qualifications

• Experience as IT Business Analyst with SAP experience, including multiple SAP modules; FICO experience preferred.
• Strong ability to identify business requirements, document processes, and translate into clear specifications.
• Experience with UAT, testing coordination, and facilitating sign-off from business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor IT policies, procedures, and methodologies.
• Work with end users to identify and document business requirements and opportunities to automate or improve systems and processes.
• Translate requirements into process diagrams and workflows to clarify outcomes.
• Configure and maintain systems to meet end-user needs and ensure compliance with methodologies.
• Coordinate unit and regression testing, resolve defects, and verify solutions meet requirements.
• Obtain User Acceptance Testing sign-off from business stakeholders.
• Evaluate software packages and third-party products, assessing technical suitability and recommending solutions.
• Investigate system issues, identify root causes, and help implement corrective actions.
