Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui is seeking a Sales Manager to assist the Director of Sales in maximizing hotel revenue. You will act as a sales specialist to drive revenue in the most profitable way aligned with targets, managing multiple projects and programs.

The role requires a minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and fluency in English and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or tourism management degree/diploma required or preferred.
• Minimum 2 years as Sales Manager in hotel operations.
• Strong customer service, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent communication in English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

• Assist the Director of Sales in maximizing the hotel revenue

• Achieves pre-determined revenue targets while maintaining appropriate sales programmes and handling multi-faceted projects.
• Meetsales goals and target set by the company

What you should have:

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Sales Manager in hotel operations
