Job summary

Mead Johnson Hong Kong is seeking a skilled Demand & Supply Planner to review and adjust sales forecasts by category, compiling supply numbers from the sales team and determining item quantities to meet demand. You will ensure product availability for Hong Kong parents and support the company’s long-standing commitment to high-quality nutrition.

Ideal candidates hold a university degree in a related field, with ≥3 years of sales forecasting experience in FMCG, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Supply Chain Management, Statistics or relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years sales forecasting experience in an FMCG business.
• Familiar with FMCG / Pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor sales plan by category and forecast to be adjusted.
• Compile supply numbers based on demand numbers provided by sales.
• Decide on items to order and quantity based on sales requirement and Company’s policy on inventory management
• Initiate changes in planned deliveries to cater for any changes in inventory levels/sales plans.
• Communicate any changes for known supply or demand activities
• Manage and track forecast shipment sales figures

About the Role

As a Demand & Supply Planner at Mead Johnson Hong Kong, you will review and monitor sales plans by category, adjusting forecasts as needed. You will compile supply numbers based on demand figures provided by the sales team, and decide which items to order and in what quantities to meet sales requirements. This role is key to ensuring product availability for Hong Kong parents, supporting the company's half-century commitment to high-quality, science-based nutrition for infants and children, including those with special metabolic needs.
