Arup is seeking a senior Risk Manager to deliver risk management services across the project lifecycle in Hong Kong. You will lead risk workshops, quantify risks using recognised methods, and develop governance frameworks that are practical and cost-effective for clients and projects.

You will build strong internal and external networks, mentor team members, and stay ahead of industry trends. Excellent Cantonese and English communication and a collaborative leadership style are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ overall experience, including 5 years in risk management.
• Experience delivering risk management services for infrastructure projects in Hong Kong is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of risk management best practices, innovations and emerging industry trends.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including promoting the value of risk management to clients.
• Strong ability to build internal and external networks and develop leads for fee-paying work.
• An empathetic leader with experience in developing, mentoring and/or coaching team members.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese and English.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.

Responsabilités

• Deliver risk management services across all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Lead and facilitate risk workshops with project teams, clients and key stakeholders.
• Conduct risk quantification using recognised techniques and risk management software.
• Develop and implement risk assurance and governance frameworks.
• Develop practical and cost-effective risk response plans.
• Coordinate and influence project stakeholders, promoting the value of effective risk management.
• Work with a diverse range of clients, including operators, developers, contractors, investors and government departments.
• Establish and maintain strong internal and external networks and trusted, long-term relationships to support business development.
• Stay up to date with risk management innovations, best practices and emerging industry trends.
• Provide leadership, guidance and development support to team members.
