Job summary

Arup’s Hong Kong Infrastructure Group is strengthening its project coordination capability to support delivery of complex projects across Hong Kong and East Asia. The Project Coordinator will coordinate governance, controls, planning and financial administration, working with Project Managers, clients and partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, professional membership, and at least 5 years of

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Corporate member of relevant professional institution(s).
At least 5 years of experience in project coordination, controls, administration or management in a professional services, engineering, or construction environment.
Experience with civil infrastructure designs and familiarity with local HKSAR procedures.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project governance, programme controls, resource planning, financial administration and stakeholder communications.
Work closely with Project Managers, technical leaders, clients and external partners to enable delivery.
Ensure quality, compliance and on-schedule, on-budget project completion.
