This role involves managing senior stakeholders, conducting risk assessments, and supporting regulatory and internal reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6+ years of Risk Management, Governance or Internal Control experience.
• Strong knowledge of Life Insurance Distribution and Operations.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement governance frameworks across distribution channels.
• Drive initiatives to enhance sales quality and customer outcomes.
• Identify risk areas and develop control measures.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and monitor governance indicators.
• Assist in regulatory, compliance and internal review exercises.
