Job summary

Hyatt is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst for CHS Revenue Management, ASPAC, based in Hong Kong. You will lead centralized analytics, reporting and performance insights across participating hotels, ensuring readiness for RM initiatives and cross-functional alignment with F&B RM and external partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field as specified.
• 3+ years in hotel Revenue Management or related analytics.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Own CHS analytics, reporting, and performance tracking across hotels.
• Translate data into insights and actions for leaders and managers.
• Develop dashboards and workflows to improve consistency and scalability.
• Provide temporary RM coverage during leader absences per policies.
• Support governance reviews with performance materials and tracking.
• Coordinate F&B RM readiness and platform adoption with partners.
• Analyze F&B outlet performance and translate insights into revenue opportunities.
• Create implementation guides, checklists, and training materials.
• Support training, onboarding, and field enablement across CHS and F&B RM teams.
• Collaborate across RM, F&B, Analytics, Marketing, Sales, and hotel teams.
