The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in asset gathering and deep knowledge of financial markets and products, with exceptional negotiation and client-facing communication

Formación

• At least 10 years of relationship management experience in the banking sector.
• Proven track record in asset gathering, asset growth and revenue generation.
• Excellent commercial and negotiation skills; highly developed communication skills for client contact and problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures clients\' objectives are met through appropriate selection of products within the client portfolio.
• Ensures clients are aware of their level of risk and compliance requirements (CCR, KYC, Compliance requests, Risk Management requests, Internal Audit requests).
• Provides coaching and guidance to other Relationship Managers and creates opportunities to develop knowledge and experience; leads by example with HSBC values.
• Helps fellow Relationship Managers, collaborates with other Bank Departments.

Ensures client's objectives are met through an appropriate selection of products within the client portfolio Ensures clients are aware of their level of risk Ensures follow-up on all risk and compliance issues (such as CCR, KYC, Compliance requests, Risk Management requests, Internal Audit requests)

• Provides coaching and guidance to other RM's and creates opportunities to develop their knowledge and experience level Lead by example by exhibiting behaviours consistent with HSBC values Provide assistance to fellow Relationship Managers Work closely with other Bank Departments
• At least 10 years of relationship management experience in the banking sector Proven track record in asset gathering, asset growth and revenue generation Excellent commercial and negotiation skills Highly developed communication skills for use in direct client contact and problem solving Ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis.
