CASH Financial Services Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Relationship Manager – Wealth Management to develop business plans and manage active client relationships in the GBA, including HK. You will pitch HNW clients for cross-over investments and insurance products, while expanding sales channels and organizing market events.

The role emphasizes independent work and team leadership, with a focus on growth in the GBA market and delivering market insights to potential clients.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Active securities (SFC RA 1) and/or insurance (IIQE I & III) licenses desirable.
• 2–5 years of experience in investment management or financial advisory services.
• Strong understanding of investment products, strategies, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Developing business plans for active acquisition and management of clients in GBA (including HK)
• Pitching in-house HNW clients for potential sales opportunities with cross-over investment/insurance products
• Focusing on expansion of business in the GBA market and growth of sales channels
• Organizing marketing events/seminars/conferences in providing market insights and identifying business opportunities for our potential clients in GBA
• Engaging in sales team development & coaching
• Participating in ad hoc sales projects assigned by Management
• Any other duties and additional assignments as from time to time assigned by the management of CFSG.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Active license holder of securities (SFC RA 1) and/or insurance (IIQE I & III) are highly desirable.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in investment management or financial advisory services
• Strong understanding of investment products, strategies, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
