Job summary
Rec-Engineering-Co-Ltd in Hong Kong seeks an experienced project manager for electrical/building services in railway and infrastructure projects. You will plan, coordinate, supervise sites and drive project success from planning through delivery, interfacing with clients, main contractors and consultants.
The role requires a Bachelor in Electrical or Building Services, a HKIE-validated status or equivalent, 10–15 years of relevant experience and fluency in English, Chinese and Mandarin, with
Qualifications
- Bachelor level degree in Electrical or Building Services.
- Registered Electrical Worker of grade B or above.
- 10–15 years of experience in managing railway or infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Applications.
- Strong English, Chinese and Mandarin language skills; good interpersonal and communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, supervise on-site and manage projects end-to-end.
- Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants, direct contractors and sub-contractors.
- Attend interface meetings and workshops.
- Prepare interfacing documents and meeting notes.
- Participate in other tasks as assigned.
