Michael Page is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong to prepare cost estimates, budgets and financial reports for construction projects. You will manage contracts and procurement, conduct cost analysis and report regularly to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, professional QS qualifications, and strong cost management, contract administration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional QS qualifications or accreditation.
• Strong understanding of cost management and contract administration in property.
• Proficiency in software/tools for cost estimation and reporting.
• Attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
• Manage contracts and procurement processes with contractors and suppliers.
