Job summary

WallStone Partners & Company Limited is seeking a Quality Assurance Tester to join our Testing Services & Automation team in Hong Kong. You will review requirements, design and maintain test plans, execute tests, track defects, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards while collaborating with PMs, developers, UX designers, and business stakeholders.

Strong English communication is essential. This role emphasizes hands-on testing, UAT support, and involvement in test automation initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
6+ years IT QA/testing/test engineering experience.
Strong knowledge of SDLC: Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, DevOps.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Experience with test automation tools/frameworks.

Responsibilities

Review project requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and testing documentation.
Design and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.
Execute testing activities and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
Track, document, and report testing progress, defects, and QA metrics.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, UX Designers, and business stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
Perform defect verification, validation, and regression testing.
Support UAT activities and provide QA consultation to internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze test results and recommend quality improvements.
Participate in test planning reviews and quality governance initiatives.
Maintain testing templates, release documents, and QA artifacts.
Support test automation initiatives and continuous quality improvement.
