Job summary

Swing Consulting Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior QA Engineer focused on automation for government projects. You will design and execute test cases, build and maintain web and mobile UI automation, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements include a bachelor’s in CS, 6+ years in QA with emphasis on automation, Java, Cucumber, Selenium, and JMeter. Cantonese, English, and Mandarin communication skills are highly valued; immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; relevant experience may substitute education.
• 6+ years of QA/testing experience with a strong Automation focus.
• Hands-on Web UI automation using Selenium, Java and Cucumber.
• Strong background in functional testing for Web and Mobile applications.
• Experience configuring API tests using JMeter and secure data exchanges.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.

Responsibilities

• Designed and executed test cases, conducted code walk-throughs, and performed differential testing to optimize coverage.
• Implemented automated testing using Java and Cucumber to enhance efficiency and precision.
• Performed functional testing for web and mobile applications.
