Job summary

TEKsystems Global Services, LLC in Hong Kong is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale regional data governance and control program for a major bank. You will coordinate across multiple application and technology teams across markets in Asia, including Hong Kong, China, India, Singapore and Indonesia.

The role focuses on data control, discovery, privacy, storage, retention and disposal, with about 20 systems in scope.

Qualifications

• 10+ years overall experience in project management and delivery.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong data project experience.
• Knowledge of data governance, controls, retention and data architecture.
• Experience coordinating multiple technology/application teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Financial services experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.

Senior Project Manager – Regional Data Program (Bank)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a large-scale regional data governance and control program within a leading bank. The program spans multiple markets across Asia, including Hong Kong, China, India, Singapore and Indonesia, with further regional expansion planned.

The role will act as a central PM across multiple application and technology teams, driving two key areas covering Data Control / Discovery and Data Privacy, Storage, Retention & Disposal, with ~20 systems involved in the retention workstream.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate delivery across multiple regional application teams


• Drive Data Retention & Disposal initiatives across multiple systems


• Support Data Source of Record and upstream data tracing


• Work closely with data architects, data teams, control teams, SMEs and BAs


• Manage cross-market dependencies, risks, issues and delivery progress

Requirements
