Job summary

Ebro Executive Search Limited on behalf of a large Engineering Group seeks a Senior Project Manager in Hong Kong to lead overseas environmental infrastructure and water treatment facility projects, overseeing tendering through to handover.

You will manage design coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, and safety compliance, mentor project teams and subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery within budget. 5-day workweek, medical, and bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional qualification preferred (MHKIE, CEng, MIET or equivalent).
• Min. 15 years' experience in large-scale engineering projects, with at least 8 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in environmental facilities / water treatment plant / related infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Overseas infrastructure project experience highly preferred.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Good command of languages.
• Hong Kong based with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead tender preparation, bid reviews, and commercial optimization in collaboration with estimating teams.
• Direct delivery of plant and infrastructure projects, coordinating design, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover while ensuring safety and quality.
