• Participate in project planning, requirement analysis, risk assessment, testing, issue management and lifecycle management
• Drive the successful delivery of IT programs that consist of multiple simultaneous IT sub-projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute the system project plan
• Manage project implementation cycle and assures the quality of deliverables are within budget and scheduled timeline
• Understand business process, requirements and translating them to functional requirements
• Closely follow up on project progress and make necessary amendments to the project arrangement when needed
• Facilitate project meetings and review sessions with end-users, capture meeting minutes and follow up action items with key stakeholders
• Manage all project documentation such as project plan, design specification, testing specification, status reports, meeting minutes, and so on
• Act as a role model in promoting and demonstrating best practice project management to the team and wider business.

• Degree or above in Computer science or Information Technology or other related discipline
• At least 6 years’ experience on application project management, solution design, system analysis.
• Proficient in SDLC project management execution and business analysis experience
• Knowledge in scrum master/Agile methodology will be an advantage
• Experience on Financial sector or project will be an advantage
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel across the organization
• Effective interpersonal skills with a clear, concise and relevant communication style, including excellent presentation skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese and excellent report writing skills
