Job summary

Computershare in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Project Manager based in Wanchai with a hybrid work arrangement. You will focus on project financials, daily tracking, billing administration, and cross-department coordination to ensure accurate financials and timely revenue recognition.

You will act as a liaison across project teams and corporate functions, maintain robust financial controls, and support project delivery through effective communication and documentation throughout the project

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management or business operations.
• Proven track record in managing project financials, billing, and reporting.
• Experience working across Finance and other corporate functions.
• Experience supporting multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong financial, administrative and operational management skills.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage project financial performance, ensuring accurate records, reporting, and forecasting.
• Coordinate billing activities, issue invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments to support timely revenue collection.
• Prepare regular project performance and financial reports, highlighting risks, issues and trends.
• Act as the central point of contact between project teams and corporate functions to ensure effective communication.
• Maintain project documentation and support compliance with internal processes; identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Oversee planning and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met across the projects.
• Manage risks and mitigation plans across the project lifecycle and share lessons learned across programs.
