Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Limited seeks an engineering operations professional to oversee projects from concept through production in a toy manufacturing context. You will drive manufacturing metrics, ensure process conformance, and lead a technical team to deliver KPI achievements across production, quality, safety, logistics and maintenance.

The role requires strong problem solving, analytics, and cross-functional communication in English and Chinese, with willingness to travel to China.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years in project follow up in toy Trading, factory
• Solid experience in the manufacturing field with exposure in production, quality, safety, logistics and maintenance
• Good understanding of production processes and manufacturing capabilities
• Strong knowledge of practices and procedures to effectively resolve workflow issues
• Strong ability to gather, analyze and interpret information and develop, recommend and implement solutions
• Demonstrate experience in leading, guiding, and mentoring teams and individuals; understand group dynamics and team development
• Result and quality focused; great attention to detail
• Effectively communicate, both verbally and written to all levels of the organization
• Good analytical and problem solving skills are essential
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Travel to China

Responsibilities

• Project follow up from design to production
• Manage, monitor and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of all aspects of engineering activities within an organization including sampling and product review
• Ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization's established policies and objectives
• Manage the daily operations of engineering team and deliver the KPI of company for engineering and technical functions
• To lead the team member to drive the team structure and solve the problems in consistent way
• Work on product costing, budget and control repairing and maintenance costs
• Typically reports to top management
