Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Mechanical Engineers to develop product designs for plastic parts.
• Formulates project plans and arranges necessary resources for project implementation.
• Coordinate with production teams and suppliers for project development.
• Monitor and manage the entire product development process from concept inception to production.
• Design verification, material cost control and trouble shooting.
