Job summary

WOON LEE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED is seeking a Project Coordinator to monitor site progress and coordinate with clients, architects and sub-contractors to develop construction details. The role requires a Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies, Structural or Civil Engineering and strong English/Chinese communication.

Responsibilities include planning and mobilizing site works, ensuring alignment with main contractor requirements, and independent work ethic.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies / Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-4 years' relevant experience in Building Construction Industry.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Excellent communication and site management skills.
• Able to work independently.

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies / Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 3-4 years' relevant experience in Building Construction Industry
