Chun Wo Elegant Decoration Engineering Company Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior / Project Co-ordinator to lead project planning, coordination and monitoring of progress on large-scale building projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Higher Diploma in building studies or related fields, with 6+ years’ main contractor experience. BEAM/LEED familiarity and knowledge of Buildings Department submissions are preferred. A self‑motivated, well‑organized team player is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in building studies or related disciplines.
• At least 6 years' experience with a main contractor.
• Experience in Government projects is preferred.
• Experience with BEAM-plus/LEED environmental standards will be an advantage.
• Familiar with Buildings Department submission and ordinances.

Responsibilities

• Overall project planning, co-ordination and works progress monitoring.
  
  

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in building studies or related disciplines;
• At least 6 years relevant experience for a main contractor;
• Experience in Government projects is preferred;
• Experience in projects governed by recognized environmental assessment standards, like BEAM-plus, LEED will be advantage;
• Familiar with Buildings Department submission and ordinances;
• Hands-on skills in Large-scale residential / ABWF / commercial building finishing projects;
• Well-organized and self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Conversant in BIM application will be advantage;
• Hand-on experience of AutoCAD is preferred.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Co-ordinator.
