Chun Wo Elegant Decoration Engineering Company Ltd in Hong Kong is hiring an Assistant / Site Administration Officer to oversee site administration duties and facilities management at the project office. You will provide clerical support to the project team, coordinate with contractors, and ensure smooth daily operations on site.

The role requires a Diploma or above, HR certificate preferred, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

Diploma or above; HR certificate preferred.
1–2 years relevant experience, preferably in construction industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word-processing; CWRA implementation.
Good command of English and Chinese.
Willing to work at construction site.
Immediate availability preferred.

Valid Green Card;
Willing to work at construction site office;
