Job summary

Nex, a family-focused tech company, is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Retail Demo Content. Based in Hong Kong with international travel, you will orchestrate content strategy across production, retail deployment, and marketing to ensure the right games appear in demos at the right time and places.

You’ll translate leadership direction into concrete, scheduled plans, drive collaboration across engineering, retail operations, and publishing, and establish scalable processes to make demo content

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in program/product management, content operations, production coordination, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the retail demo content roadmap and regional variations.
• Translate strategy into an actionable plan with timelines.
• Lead end-to-end planning to ensure on-time content delivery.
• Coordinate with Retail Deployment on logistics and tech needs.
• Collaborate with Publishing and Marketing to align GTM campaigns.
• Build scalable planning frameworks and documentation.
• Report roadmap status, risks, and delivery timelines.
