Job summary

ConnectedGroup is seeking a Project Manager with cloud migration experience to lead end-to-end programs in the financial services sector. You will govern vendor relationships, manage budgets, and coordinate with senior stakeholders to secure approvals.

The role requires extensive cloud program leadership, strong governance, and the ability to drive delivery across cross-functional teams in a hybrid/Agile environment. English and Cantonese fluency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, business operations, or project management in financial services.
• Extensive cloud migration program experience demonstrated.
• Strong governance, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proven risk management, budget control, and reporting in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Track record delivering complex change programs involving cloud tech and tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of projects, aligning with objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Govern project managers from vendors to ensure migration delivery success.
• Collaborate with sponsors to present business cases for approvals.
• Prepare comprehensive program updates and presentations for senior management.
• Oversee governance, monitor progress, and prepare detailed reports for PMO/EXCO.
• Run regular meetings with platform teams and project teams to review status.
• Coordinate with PMO to prepare EXCO updates.
• Manage vendor relationships and offshore delivery teams for quality delivery.
