Job summary

Binance is seeking a product leader to set the direction and roadmap for backend trading systems. You will work with trading engineering teams to translate complex trading needs into robust technical solutions and lead end-to-end lifecycle from planning to release.

You will monitor performance, refine pricing models for derivatives, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations while coordinating with global stakeholders. Mandarin is preferred for cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of financial products such as Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps and options.
• Technical or quantitative background (e.g., CS, Financial Engineering, Math).
• Ability to translate trading logics and risk methods into product requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin proficiency preferred for coordinating with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set the product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems.
• Improve core systems like matching engine, risk engines, pricing models for derivatives products.
• Work with trading engineering teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from planning to release and new feature launches.
• Monitor backend performance and fix issues before they impact users.
• Ensure systems comply with standards and regulations.
