Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior product leader to set the direction for margin financing, securities lending, and clearing/settlement within the core trading infrastructure. You will own the architecture for clearing and settlement, including trade clearing, settlement of positions, and multi-lateral netting.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of margin financing / securities lending mechanics and clearing & settlement flows.
• Ability to translate complex financing needs into product requirements.
• Experience owning architecture of clearing/settlement or margin systems.

Responsibilities

• Set the product direction and roadmap for margin financing & securities lending and clearing & settlement systems within core trading infrastructure.
• Own the architecture design of clearing and settlement systems—trade clearing, position and balance settlement, multi-lateral netting, fee and interest settlement, reconciliation.
• Improve core margin systems including collateral valuation, cross/isolated margin logic, interest accrual, borrow/lend flows, liquidation handling.
• Lead full product lifecycle from planning to release and feature launches.
