Job summary

Crypto.com is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own customer onboarding end-to-end across the App and related surfaces. You’ll own KYC, identity verification, account opening, activation, and referral mechanics while coordinating with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing, and Trading.

You’ll lead two charters, extend onboarding across products and markets, and connect onboarding to first trade. This is a senior IC role in a fast-moving, regulated fintech where you shape the playbook

Qualifications

• Experience delivering onboarding in a regulated fintech environment.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing, Trading).
• Ability to own two charters and make prioritization decisions.

• Turn onboarding into a growth engine with activation and referrals.
• Extend the platform across products and markets while avoiding fragmented journeys.
