Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a senior product development professional to guide end-to-end costing, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration across lingerie, apparel, sleep, swim, and accessories.

You will drive cost architecture, evaluate fabric and trim choices, manage risk with vendors, and keep calendars aligned with the sourcing strategy to deliver margin-driven products on time.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in product development, costing, and cross-functional work.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong knowledge of product construction, fabrics, trims, and cost drivers.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple product categories (lingerie, apparel, sleep, swim, accessories).
• Provide direction on evaluation of product construction and cost architecture with vendors.
• Identify and mitigate risks in quality, vendors, and capacity early in development.
• Monitor style allocation and sourcing strategy to balance cost, quality and timing.
• Coordinate design trips, sampling, costing, and post-trip follow-up to remove roadblocks.
