Job summary

OKX is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to join the Product Compliance team. This senior individual-contributor role focuses on day-to-day reviews of new products, material changes, and product enhancements, delivering timely, well-reasoned assessments to protect regulatory positioning.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and local Compliance teams to define practical solutions while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Compliance, Legal or Risk in financial services/fintech/crypto.
• Degree in law, finance, business, economics or related field.
• Experience in product compliance or risk assessment for new products and changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day product compliance reviews for new products and features.
• Review product requirements, user journeys, onboarding, and trading mechanics for compliance.
• Apply risk-based approach to identify blockers vs. mitigatable risks.
• Produce evidence-based compliance recommendations with mitigants and escalation paths.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Central Compliance teams.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for reviews and decisions.
• Support post-launch monitoring and remediation with cross-functional teams.
• Promote and train on compliance-by-design across the product lifecycle.
