OKX Group is seeking a Head of Regulatory Change & Policy to own and drive the global regulatory change agenda. You will translate a complex regulatory landscape into a clear strategy that protects and enables the business.

You will engage regulators, industry bodies, and internal legal, risk, and local compliance teams while building a high-performing team. The role requires 10+ years in regulatory change within crypto or financial services and a proven leadership track record.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in regulatory change or comparable senior role
• Proven track record building or reshaping regulatory change functions
• Global exposure to crypto-specific regulation
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority
• Experience leading teams and hiring junior staff
• Excellent written and verbal communication at executive level

Responsibilities

• Own and drive global regulatory change agenda across OKX products
• Manage regulatory obligations mapping and horizon scanning
• Support local compliance teams in regulator engagement and industry consultations
• Build and lead the Regulatory Change function and scale the team
• Set operating model, priorities, and quality bar for the function
• Develop and coach team members across regions
