Job summary

Rise Associates Asia Limited is seeking a driven Procurement Senior Officer/Assistant Manager to support major property developments in Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region. You will oversee end-to-end material sourcing, market intelligence, and vendor performance monitoring, collaborating with project teams to ensure timely procurement delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of procurement experience in property development or building materials trading, with strong cost awareness

Qualifications

• Education in procurement, supply chain management, quantity surveying, building services or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of project procurement experience in property development or building materials trading.
• Strong understanding of building materials costing and market trends.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing, market intelligence for building materials and technologies.
• Assist vendor negotiations, evaluate performance, ensure delivery schedules.
• Track procurement expenditures against project budgets for cost efficiency.
• Conduct sustainability and supplier-partnership analyses for projects.
• Coordinate with project management, quantity surveying and design teams.
