Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Maintenance Supervisor in Hong Kong to oversee HV/LV power systems, supervise technicians, and ensure reliability. You will lead troubleshooting, safety, and asset optimization while aligning with EMSD CoP and corporate standards.

Responsibilities include planning installations, testing, commissioning, and coordinating network upgrades. The role requires 8+ years in power systems, a Grade B Electrical Worker certificate, and bilingual

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in power systems, utilities or infrastructure facilities.
• Grade B Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (or higher).
• Grade H or above is an advantage.
• Experience in water treatment plants, utilities or critical installations preferred.
• Confined Space Worker Certificate is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HV/LV electrical systems and safety standards.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual Chinese and basic English.
• Willingness to on-call, overtime and adverse weather work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation, inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance of HV/LV power systems.
• Lead technicians and contractors in troubleshooting and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Plan, oversee installation, testing, commissioning and optimization of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with EMSD CoP, statutory requirements and company standards.
• Review reports, maintenance records and performance data for improvements.
• Coordinate power studies, network upgrades and infrastructure projects.
• Supervise maintenance of pumps, HVAC, backup generators and utilities.
• Monitor contractors and enforce safety, quality and environmental rules.
• Enforce permit-to-work, LOTO and confined space procedures; participate in emergencies.
• Support manpower planning, scheduling, budgeting and staff development.
