Job summary

Manulife seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives including OMS migration from Bloomberg AIM to Aladdin and related operations changes. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage vendor relationships, and align business, operations and technology with regulatory best practices.

The role offers exposure to regional and global stakeholders, strong PM ownership, and a hybrid work arrangement in Hong Kong. Strong communication and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• 7+ years as a Project Manager in asset management or securities services.
• Strong knowledge of investment operations, middle/back office.
• Experience in large-scale OMS changes and target operating model design.
• Excellent stakeholder management with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Experience with Aladdin, Bloomberg AIM or Charles River.
• PM methods: Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Aladdin onboarding and transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate governance meetings with internal teams and vendors.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigations.
• Provide executive level reporting and stakeholder updates.
• Gather business requirements for middle/back offices and analytics.
• Assess OMS changes and impact on processes and workflows.
• Validate new processes ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Oversee UAT plans and migration readiness checklists.
• Translate requirements into current/future state maps and gaps.
