Job summary

ASMPT in Hong Kong seeks a (Senior) Manager, PLM (Strategy & Projects) to architect and digitize the end-to-end PLM framework from concept to launch. You will drive KPI systems, reporting, and cross-functional alignment to accelerate time‑to‑market with consistent control.

The role requires 8–12 years in PLM/NPD, strong change leadership, and a background in consulting is a plus. Bachelor's in Engineering is essential; certifications are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline; PM certifications a plus.
• 8–12 years in PLM, NPD, process design, or digitization.
• Ability to analyze, redesign, and standardize PLM/NPD processes across the organization.
• Experience designing and adopting digital PLM tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• PLM Process Management: assess and redesign workflows to reduce handoffs and standardize procedures.
• PLM Digitization: design digital solutions, coordinate cross‑functional IT features, implement PLM tools.
• Data Analysis, Management Reporting & KPI: define KPIs, perform root-cause analysis, deliver executive insights.
• Special Projects: support end‑to‑end requirements, patent management, and product configuration management.
