Job summary

Mace Limited seeks a Senior Planner to drive schedule certainty on a large infrastructure programme across multiple sites in Hong Kong. You will apply advanced planning, earned value management (EVM) and project controls to inform executive decision making, monitor performance, and coordinate complex interfaces with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication and up-to-date knowledge of schedule management tools and industry practices.
• Delivers service excellence with effective problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
• Experienced in planning techniques; degree in construction/engineering preferred, with additional local qualifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Leads the application of advanced planning and scheduling methodologies to drive programme certainty.
• Applies strong planning, EVM and project controls expertise to inform decision-making.
• Communicates insights and performance analysis clearly to clients, teams and stakeholders.
• Influences complex requirements and recommends effective corrective actions.
• Manages and develops a high-performing planning team to deliver best-practice outcomes.
• Contributes to net-zero goals by proactively identifying and managing carbon impacts in delivery.
