Job summary

Gfi World in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Marketing Executive to drive market strategies for a leading MNC in the pharmaceutical sector. You will develop and execute ATL/BTL campaigns, shape brand positioning and pricing, and manage annual A&P budgeting.

You will collaborate with the marketing team and designers on online and social media materials, conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, and ensure projects meet tight deadlines with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing or related discipline.
• Marketing experience from Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry for at least 2 years (Hong Kong market).
• Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to work under pressure and take up new challenges.
• Good business sense, logical mind-set with good communication and project management skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute all market strategies including ATL/BTL and communication plans to deliver annual target and gain market share.
• Establishing Brand positioning and pricing strategies.
• Work on annual A&P budget planning with monthly monitoring and control.
• Work closely with marketing team and designers on visual materials for online and social media platform, ensure align with brand guidelines
• Conduct market researches, both qualitative and quantitative, to understand the market trend, consumer needs and behaviors so as to identify brand opportunities and challenges for growth and development
