Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. is seeking a System Analyst with deep PeopleSoft expertise to analyze business and technical requirements across Finance, Purchasing, HR/Payroll, and Campus Solutions.

The role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying PeopleSoft customizations along with ongoing production support. You will utilize AI coding tools, Java, and full stack skills to optimize modules, participate in patching and upgrades, and document migration steps for smooth transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IS, or related field.
• At least 12 years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience.
• Strong experience with PeopleSoft 9.2, PeopleTools v8.6+, and Campus Solutions (SIS).
• Proficiency in PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interface, Integration Broker, and PeopleTools Workflow Technologies.
• Practical experience in AI coding for code generation, review, and optimization.
• Experience in Java development and full stack (backend and frontend) work.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business and technical requirements for PeopleSoft modules (Finance, Purchasing, HR/Payroll, SIS).
• Design, develop, test, and deploy PeopleSoft customizations and enhancements.
• Provide production support, issue troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Support patching, upgrades, and change management activities.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Leverage AI coding tools to optimize and automate system functionalities.
• Prepare technical documentation, test scripts, and migration instructions.
