Job summary

CPJobs International is seeking a senior engineering professional to drive productivity, quality, cost and safety improvements in PCBA testing. You will lead a team of test engineers and technicians, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and DFX methods to optimize design-for-test and testing processes.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in electronic engineering, a Six Sigma Black Belt, and extensive experience in PCBA manufacturing and test planning, with fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Manufacturing qualification preferred.
• Experience in Quality Control is preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in design for testability review and functional test plan development in sizable electronic PCBA factories.
• Experience in PCB layout design and ability to review circuit designs.
• Knowledge of electronics PCBA manufacturing processes including SMT, wave soldering, conformal coating, low-cost automation, traceability systems and safety.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of productivity, quality, cost and safety using Lean, Six Sigma, and DFX.
• Lead the PCBA testing team of test engineers and technicians.
