Job summary

Qualifications

• 8-10 years’ experience in design for testability review and functional test plan development.
• Strong understanding of electronic circuitry at the component level.
• Professional knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes including SMT and industrial safety.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of productivity, quality, cost and safety through Lean, DFX & Six Sigma.
• Manage the PCBA testing team composed of engineers and technicians.
• Work with product team to ensure alignment with order placement and production timeline.
