Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd is seeking a senior Manufacturing/Production leader to manage engineering and testing teams in a PCB/electronic factory setting. You will supervise jig/fixture design, machine maintenance, and the overall department operations.

The role emphasizes process development, problem-solving, and continuous improvement using Lean, DFX, and Six Sigma to raise output and safety while reducing costs. Experience with ISO9001 is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Manufacturing / Production in PCB or Electronic factory.
• 5 days stay in China.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the engineering and testing teams.
• Lead production engineering team for jig/fixture design, machine maintenance, and overall department operation.
• Drive process development and solve technical problems.
• Apply Lean, DFX and Six Sigma to boost output and safety while cutting costs.
• ISO9001, lean manufacturing and 6-Sigma knowledge preferred.
