Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a senior manufacturing/production leader to drive engineering and testing teams in a PCB/electronic factory. You will oversee jig/fixture design, machine maintenance, and overall departmental operations to ensure efficient production and quality compliance.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in electronics manufacturing, with Lean, Six Sigma and ISO9001 experience; willingness to stay for 5 days in China is required to coordinate with factory

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Manufacturing / Production in PCB or Electronic factory.
• ISO9001, lean manufacturing and 6-Sigma is preferable

Responsibilities

• Lead process development and fix technical problems.
• Manage and guide the engineering and testing teams.
• Leading & managing the production engineering team for jig/fixture design, machine maintenance and overseeing the general operation of the department of a factory
