Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking an EHS professional to maintain and improve the ISO 45001 OSH management system and ensure on-site deployment aligns with safety requirements at Conghua. The role supports cross-functional teams and contractors to foster a positive safety culture.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in EHS, at least 5 years of EHS management experience in industrial settings, and a Safety Management Personnel Certificate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with an EHS or related background.
• Minimum of 5 years' working experience in EHS management in industrial enterprises.
• Familiarity with national laws, regulations and standards related to OSH.
• Proficiency in establishing and implementing the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001).
• Knowledge and skills in organising risk assessments, safety training, hidden hazard inspections, emergency drills and various safety activities.
• Knowledge and skills in incident investigation.
• Hands-on computer skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hold a Safety Management Personnel Certificate.
• Self-motivation with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety training, emergency drills, and safety awareness programmes.

• Manage occupational health programmes, including health examinations and workplace hazard monitoring.
• Maintain OSH records, reports, and regulatory documentation.

About the Role

The role assists in maintaining the Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) management system and monitoring on-site deployment to ensure non-racing and racing operations comply with OSH legal requirements. It supports the implementation and continuous improvement of the OSH management system (ISO 45001) and works with business units and contractors to promote a positive safety culture.
