TalentCloud Group Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing proprietary trading firm seeking a Senior Options Trader in Hong Kong. You will own your trading book, develop and execute strategies, and work with quants and developers to enhance models and execution.

You will manage risk, size positions, and mentor junior traders in a dynamic, autonomous environment with rapid decision-making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of options trading experience.
• Proven ability to generate consistent PnL.
• Degree in Finance, Math, Physics, Engineering or CS.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute profitable options trading strategies across global markets.
• Take ownership of positions including risk management and sizing.
• Collaborate with quants and developers to improve models and execution.
• Mentor junior traders and share trading knowledge.
