Job summary

China CITIC Bank International in Hong Kong is seeking aSupport Team Head to supervise daily remittance operations, including Faster Payment System and CHATS.

You will check and approve transactions, respond to inquiries, perform AML screening, reconcile end-of-day, and prepare monthly MIS reports. Strong knowledge of FPS/CHATS and regulatory requirements is essential.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or above preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of remittance operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of remittance and payment products (FPS, SWIFT, CHATS).
• Familiar with AML compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Prudent with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle remittance inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Handle and follow up complicated and irregular remittance cases.
• Perform AML/CFT name screening evaluation of remittance transactions.

• Manage watch list and special pricing for customers.
• Perform day-end reconciliation of payment messages.
• Assist in preparing monthly management report.
• Monitor daily transaction processing of Faster Payment system.
• Report issue found on Faster Payment transactions.
• Handle exception case of Faster Payment transactions.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports for Faster Payment transactions.
• Perform other duties assigned by Team Head and supervisors.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education or above is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in remittance operations is preferred.
• Well understanding in Remittance and Payment products and operations (Faster Payment System, SWIFT Alliance System, CHATS and payment systems).
• Good knowledge of payment industry trend and market knowledge.
• Familiar with regulatory requirements such as AML Compliance on payment.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Prudent and attentive to details.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
