Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Network & Server Infrastructure Specialist to lead large-scale migration and transformation projects in a highly available enterprise environment.

You will manage 500–1,000+ VMware virtual servers, administer Windows and Linux servers, and oversee network and security platforms including Fortinet and Cisco devices, ensuring high availability and secure hosting for critical applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• 8+ years in server, network, and infrastructure support in large enterprise environments.
• Experience leading or supporting large-scale server migration projects.
• Hands-on experience managing 500-1,000+ VMware virtual servers in production.
• Strong VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter expertise.
• Experience with Apache Tomcat or similar enterprise app servers.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching, and network security.
• Vendor management experience coordinating third-party providers.
• Banking or financial services industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support large-scale server migration and infrastructure transformation projects.
• Manage environments of 500-1,000+ VMware virtual servers.
• Administer Windows and Linux server infrastructure for high availability.
• Support application servers like Apache Tomcat to ensure stable hosting.
• Oversee enterprise network infrastructure: routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs.
• Configure Fortinet FortiGate and Cisco devices; manage firewall policies.
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, patch management, and DR planning.
• Coordinate upgrades, production deployments, and vendor delivery with SLAs.
