Job Description

• Manage and lead a team of ~14 engineers, ensuring effective daily operations
• Oversee network infrastructure design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance
• Act as Tier 3 escalation point for complex network incidents and troubleshooting
• Define and maintain operational procedures to meet SLA commitments
• Drive improvements in network performance, stability, and security posture
• Develop network strategies aligned with architecture standards and best practices
• Implement process enhancements to reduce risks and improve service uptime
• Explore and introduce new tools and technologies to improve team productivity
• Monitor and optimise team resource allocation and utilisation
• Handle high-pressure situations while ensuring service continuity

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 8+ years of network engineering experience with leadership exposure
• Minimum 3 years managing or leading technical teams
• CCIE or HCIE certification is required
• Strong background in routing, switching, firewall, and network security
• Proven experience troubleshooting complex network incidents
• Experience in managed network services is advantageous
• Solid understanding of network protocols and security frameworks
• Exposure to automation or scripting tools is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and lead critical operations
