Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced IT professional to handle network issue resolution and system troubleshooting.

You will assist in drafting technical specifications for network services procurement and contribute to documentation for the system’s enhancement and migration to a new hybrid cloud. The candidate should hold a diploma or higher in Computer Science or related subjects, with 4–6 years in IT, plus at least 2 years of hands-on Huawei VRP and Huawei

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects.
• At least 4-6 years' experience in IT industry.
• At least 2 years' experience in Huawei VRP & Huawei Products.
• Good knowledge and experience of deploying metro-Ethernet networks, and configuring switches, routers, firewalls and VPN solutions;
• Understanding of load balancers, internet gateways, application proxy servers, domain name services;
• Experience in preparing technical specifications for procurement of related network infrastructure products and ME-line services.

Responsibilities

• Perform issue/incident handling and troubleshooting in particular for network components of the System.
• Assist supervisor to prepare technical specifications for network services procurement.
• Prepare documentation such as system manual, network diagram, etc. for the enhancement of the System and migration to the new hybrid cloud; and
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisors.
