Job summary

Phillip Securities (HK) Ltd is seeking an experienced network infrastructure lead to drive end-to-end projects in a regulated brokerage environment. You will design, implement, and support enterprise networks, ensuring high availability and security across multi-region teams.

The role requires 8+ years in network infrastructure within financial services, strong routing/switching skills with BGP/OSPF, and proficiency across multi-vendor networks and cloud management.

Qualifications

• Higher diploma, degree or above in Information Technology/ Information System/ Computer Science or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in routing & switching design and implementation.
• Core network protocols including BGP and OSPF.
• Multi-Cloud environment.
• Layer 2/Layer 3 protocols and network security features (e.g. 802.1X, DHCP Snooping, NAC).
• Experience with multi-vendor network technologies and cloud management.
• Strong collaboration across multi-region teams and stakeholders.
• English and Cantonese communication skills; Putonghua advantageous.

Job description

Lead end-to-end network infrastructure projects, including design, implementation, and ongoing support, ensuring alignment with financial services industry (FSI) standards.

Manage and enhance enterprise wireless and wired networks, delivering high availability, performance, and compliance suitable for a regulated brokerage environment.

Oversee daily network operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management, with a focus on resilience and security controls.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and multi-region teams to ensure seamless deployment and maintenance activities.

Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures to support audit and compliance reviews.

Support scheduled maintenance and upgrades (including non-office hours work).

Required Skills for the Role

Higher diploma, degree or above in Information Technology/ Information System/ Computer Science or related discipline

At least 8 years of experience in network infrastructure within medium- to large-scale environments. Experience in the financial services industry and familiarity with SFC regulatory requirements are an advantage.

Hands-on experience in Routing & switching design and implementation; Core network protocols including BGP and OSPF; Multi-Cloud environment.

Hands-on experience across multi-vendor network technologies, including Layer 2 / Layer 3 protocols; Network security features (e.g. 802.1X, DHCP Snooping, NAC); Technologies such as VPN, firewalls, NAT, IPSec

Has ability to collaborate across multi-region teams, adapting to diverse business and regulatory environments.

Experience managing switch stacking, wireless controllers, and enterprise-grade network solutions, cloud management

Good communication in English and Cantonese; Putonghua would be an advantage.
