Shepherd Communications Limited is seeking a senior Multimedia Designer in Hong Kong to conceptualise, direct and produce high-impact video content for TVCs, corporate videos and digital campaigns. You will drive end-to-end production from storyboard to post, including advanced motion graphics and AI-assisted workflows.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in Creative Media and has 8–10 years of multi-media design experience, with strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Creative Media, Multimedia, Visual Arts or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of emerging AI trends and generative AI tools integrated into daily workflows.
• 8–10 years of experience in multi-media design.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro on MAC.
• Strong art direction, graphic design, layout and production skills; creative brainstorming.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Multimedia Designer role.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Conceptualise, direct, and produce high-impact video content for multi-channel digital campaigns, including TVCs, corporate videos, and digital marketing assets.

Drive end-to-end video production, covering creative storyboarding, post-production editing, advanced motion graphics, and animation.

Provide support in video shooting and editing.

Stay abreast of design trends and propose innovative ideas.

Collaborate with AS and Creative teams to craft cohesive visual solutions to meet clients needs.

What you need for this position:

A Diploma or Degree in Creative Media, Multi-media, Visual Arts or other related disciplines.

Well-versed in emerging AI trends, with a strong track record of integrating generative AI tools into daily workflows to generate videos, animations, and visual materials.

Solid experience of 8-10 years or above in multi-media design.

Knowledge in design and editing tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Generative AI tools on MAC.

Strong art direction, graphic design, layout, and production skills, paired with excellent creative brainstorming.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Multimedia Designer position.

Candidates with immediate availability are highly preferred.
